Scope of work

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a written proposal before work begins. Quoted prices are starting points and may change with scope.

Payments

Website projects generally require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at launch. Managed Website Care plans bill monthly and may be cancelled with notice.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, booking, and payment platforms are governed by their own terms and fees. We configure and manage them on your behalf.
